There's Something About Sundays

Making food on Sunday is my favorite time to cook.

Gather these 6 items for an easy, no-time-to-cook, delicious, slow-cooker recipe.

Double it and have some leftovers for the week.

HOW TO DO IT:

  • add the beef tips to a greased slow-cooker

  • add the roasted garlic onion jam

  • add the better-than-gravy

  • salt & pepper

I cook on high for one hour and then on low until I add the rest of the ingredients.

At about the 3-hour mark, I add the hash browns and carrots. Stir it up, turn it up (high), and let it cook for another 2 hours. You may want to lower the setting after 1-2 hours.

Forecasting the upcoming workweek.

I really like to forecast my upcoming week. I know, I'm a nerd!

It usually changes about a zillion times, but planning is kinda my thing.

I use a mixture of Apps, calendars, alarms, and such.

This week, I will be testing a program called MOTION. It is web-based, but they do have an APP where you can view your schedule.
